About Yagna
Yagna is a bellydance performer, choreographer, and meditation guide whose work bridges
movement, mindfulness, and healing.
Drawn to fusion-style bellydance, her practice blends traditional bellydance with contemporary movement, breath work, and meditative flow. Early in her journey, Yagna studied yoga, became a certified fitness instructor, and deepened her understanding of breath and body awareness — foundations that continue to shape her teaching today.
Her path led her across different countries to study the art of bellydance, immersing herself in diverse styles, cultures, and embodied wisdom. Through these experiences, she discovered that bellydance is more than performance — it is a powerful tool for healing.
Yagna is passionate about taking bellydance beyond dance — using it as a practice to release stored tension in the fascia, support emotional healing, work with chakra energy, and gently reconnect with the body after trauma.
Now based in Niagara Falls, Canada, she offers in-person training, group classes, retreats and specialized sessions, including yoga and meditation for seniors. Her offerings create a safe, nurturing space where movement becomes medicine and self-expression becomes transformation.

How I Work
Movement that speaks to the body and soul, beyond the stage.

This space is for you if you’re seeking movement that feels nourishing rather than demanding.
If you’re drawn to bellydance as expression, healing, or meditation — not perfection — you are welcome here.
Who This Is For
My Approach
What Makes This Different
My work blends bellydance technique, breath awareness, meditation, and intuitive movement.
Sessions are guided with care, allowing space for rest, exploration, and personal rhythm
This is not about performance or pushing the body.
It’s about listening, releasing, and moving with intention — where bellydance becomes a pathway to healing and self-connection.
